Mr. Nizamuddin is founder of Research Institute for Social Empowerment (RISE). Mr. Nizamani is a multilingual, writer, researcher and professional trainer in management, development, conflicts, democracy, leadership and soft skills. He has strong educational background, political training and voluntary contributions during and after student life. An IVLP 2011 Fellow of US State Department, he has completed MS/MPhil in Social Sciences & Economics from SZABIST Karachi. Previously he did Masters in Agriculture followed by Business administration.

Apart from Voluntary contributions, for last twenty years he has been linked with corporate and financial sector and worked in NBP as trainer and on other positions.

He has been contributing write-ups on socio-political, regional and religious conflicts issues, especially on Balochistan resource distribution conflicts. He has been writing and translating in English, Sindhi and Urdu. He has also spoke and presented research papers in national and international conferences specially SDPI, World Social Forums, World Water Forum, Asia Europe People’s Forum and Peoples’ SAARC. He is one of the pioneers of Tando Soomro Development Organization that turned Tando Soomro village in Pakistan into a model village. He is on Board of Civil Society Support Program and Advisory Committee of Trust for Conservation & Coastal Resources. He has been honorary consultant to LEAD Pakistan (UNDP & ILO Projects), Shirkatgah, SPO etc. He also hosted program on TV Chanel. Mr. Noor Muhammad is Executive Director, Civil Society Support Program (CSSP). He is Philanthropist, NGO Expert, Social Activist, a Development professional, who has been working with prominent development sector and corporate sector organizations of Pakistan for the last 16 years. Over the past fifteen years he has been working on senior management positions in reputed corporate and social sector organizations including Save the Children (UK), Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO) and ENI Pakistan Limited. .He was elected as National Coordinator of Pakistan NGOs Forum for two years which is the largest countrywide network of Civil Society Organizations in Pakistan. Besides, his institutional responsibilities, he also conducts trainings on political education, gender issues and Organizational Development.

Mr. Mustafa Baloch is a well-known Philanthropist, NGO Expert, Social Activist.

Currently working SPOs a Regional Head, Hyderabad Sindh. He also worked in the same position in Punjab and Baluchistan. He has a Masters in sociology and women studies and a certificate course on general management at Canfield University UK.

He has a proven capability in training and capacity building and has trained more than 500 gross roots organizations and more than fifty mid-level NGOs. Besides, he has developed a number of training manuals, published JIVA trainer directory has declared Mr. Baloch as the first Sindhi male gender trainer.

He has participated in more than forty training and workshops in-country and abroad. Mr. Balch has been in various national and international conferences as well as media Channels as a speaker.

Mir Mazhar is a known Businessman, Entrepreneur, Farmer, Managing Director, Magtech (Pvt) Ltd & Director, The Bilours (Pvt) Ltd.

He did his Bachelor of Design from the National College of Arts- Lahore, 1986. He is also;

He has strong sociopolitical grooming, in-depth informal education, and international industrial exposure. Dr. Naseer Nizamani is a Public Health Specialist and Development Expert, Deputy Team Leader: Health Pooled Fund, South Sudan.

He did his Master in Public Health from Harvard School of Public Health, Boston USA.

Dr. Naseer Muhammad Nizamani has a long and distinguished career in programme management, research and training/ teaching in health systems and international development. Dr Nizamani is professionally trained as a Public Health Physician, with a medical degree from Pakistan and a Public Health degree from Harvard University USA; complemented with a degree in Rural Development from Pakistan. Dr Nizamani has worked for more than 24 years with renowned institutions, including the Aga Khan University Pakistan, Ministry of Health Government of Pakistan, Save the Children, UNICEF and Family Health International, UNFPA and International Medical Corps. He has also been engaged as an expert by the World Health Organisation and the Asian Development Bank for short term assignments. Furthermore, Dr. Nizamani has managed a number of public health programs and supervised several research studies funded by USAID, DFID, CIDA, the World Bank and other donors.
